基于电磁直线作动器的主动悬架控制方法研究

为了实现电磁直线作动器主动悬架中电磁阻力的有效跟踪输出,进一步提高悬架的性能,利用1/4主动悬架系统的动力学模型和作动器驱动电路模型,设计了LQG控制器和Fuzzy-PID控制器相结合的主动悬架分层控制系统。给出了电磁直线作动器主动悬架控制系统的设计方案,利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建模型进行仿真,并通过具体的台架试验验证。结果表明,主动悬架的减振性能得到了明显改善,其车身加速度和悬架动行程得到了大幅降低。研究结果对电磁悬架的主动控制方法研究具有一定的参考价值。     

江苏省人口老龄化影响产业结构优化的动力机制——基于积极老龄化视角

论文从积极老龄化视角分析人口老龄化对区域产业结构优化的影响,分别从劳动力供给、消费需求变化、居民储蓄等方面研究人口老龄化对产业结构优化影响中的抑制或推动作用。研究结果显示:积极老龄化视角下,人口老龄化在人才培养、产业结构匹配、产业集聚等方面能够促进产业结构优化。     

Retraining for the unemployed and the quality of the job match

ABSTRACT

In Germany, retraining is an important measure in active labour market policy, providing unemployed individuals with extensive vocational training. Using administrative data, we show that retraining participants are more likely to take up jobs that require their educational degree and are more often employed in those occupations for which they have received vocational training. Moreover, retraining leads to higher earnings. As these effects may be driven by the positive impact of retraining on employment, we additionally try to isolate the direct effect by restricting our analyses to those formerly unemployed who find employment irrespective of participation in retraining.     

Co-Production and the Co-Creation of Value in Public Services: A suitable case for treatment?

Co-production is currently one of cornerstones of public policy reform across the globe. Inter alia, it is articulated as a valuable route to public service reform and to the planning and delivery of effective public services, a response to the democratic deficit and a route to active citizenship and active communities, and as a means by which to lever in additional resources to public service delivery. Despite these varied roles, co-production is actually poorly formulated and has become one of a series of ‘woolly-words’ in public policy. This paper presents a conceptualization of co-production that is theoretically rooted in both public management and service management theory. It argues that this is a robust starting point for the evolution of new research and knowledge about co-production and for the development of evidence-based public policymaking and implementation.     

Impact of responsive and proactive market orientation on SME performance: The moderating role of economic crisis perception

This study examines the relationship between market orientation (MO) and the performance of small and medium‐sized enterprises (SMEs) within the context of economic crisis. It distinguishes between two levels of MO: responsive market orientation (RMO) and proactive market orientation (PMO). Data were collected on a sample of 300 SME. Findings indicate that SMEs, confronted with an economic downturn, use a MO approach that is both proactive and responsive, and reveal the moderator effect of the SME manager's perception of an economic crisis on PMO/RMO–performance. Marine Tourist Motivations Comparing Push and Pull Factors

This study examined the relationship between push and pull factors with regard to marine tourist motivations. The survey was distributed systematically to people intercepted at high-traffic locations in Seoul, South Korea. The results indicated that escape push motivations are closely related to static activity pull motivations, while novelty push motivations are more strongly related to active activity pull motivations. These relationships may be partially explained by the push-pull framework of tourist motivations. These results imply that a marine tourist destination focusing on static activities should appeal to tourists who have escape push motivations, while a marine tourist destination focusing on active activities should appeal to tourists who have novelty push motivations.

The effect of economic anxiety and occupational burnout levels of tour guides on their occupational commitment

This study aims to reveal the effects of economic anxiety and burnout levels of active tour guides in Turkey on their occupational commitment. A questionnaire survey was conducted for this purpose on 370 active tour guides. Data were analysed using the path analysis and structural equation modelling. A negative relationship was found between the occupational commitment and burnout levels of tour guides and a strong positive relationship was found between the burnout and economic anxiety levels; it was also observed that the economic anxiety level only had a slight positive impact on continuance commitment.
